We use a cold maceration process to infuse it with the essence of Southern California flavors like Orange Peel, Lime Leaf, Lemon Grass, and just enough Juniper so you know you're drinking Gin. 100% of the color comes from the Butterfly Pea Flower imbuing the spirit with its beautiful color and color changing ability when it's mixed with citrus.
