We're looking for experienced food and beverage servers to join our team.

A few details about the restaurant:
• Full bar with about 18 seats
• About 100 seats total in the restaurant
• Open lunch and dinner 7 days a week
• Menu will feature "global comfort food" featuring shareables, handhelds & bowls
• Toast POS system
• Full scale kitchen with scratch approach

We're looking for an experienced restaurant manager to lead our FOH operations. The restaurant will be our opportunity to highlight our liquor and beer brands, educate our guests about our products, while serving some cravable food . We intend to hire this position prior to opening the restaurant and the manager will work directly with ownership to formulate systems, hire and train staff.

Key responsibilities:
• Formulate and enforce training and service procedures
• Maintain safety and food quality standards
• Employee schedule coordination
• Keeping track of employees’ hours
• Record payroll data
• Order and maintain pars for restaurant consumables
• Assist in the development of cocktail menus
• Orchestrate and execute special in-house events and holiday offerings
• Supervise daily shift operations
• Coordinate daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Control operational costs
• Appraise staff performance
• Interview/recruit new employees
• Interact with guests and drive overall hospitality
• Work closely with marketing, PR and retail team to align brand initiatives

Compensation to be based on experience.

This is full or part time position in which a hospitable, sales driven, person with a good eye merchandising will take care of customers selling our beverage and brand merch.

Ideal candidate would possess some (ideally all) of these areas of knowledge or experience:

• Ability to make and modify spreadsheets
• Knowledge of Shopify software
