Small Batch American Single Malt Whiskey. This is a single barrel release of our 100% Malted Barley Mash bill, aged in new American Oak barrels. In the tradition of Irish Whisky, our American Single Malt is lautered out in the brewhouse, separating the liquids from the solids pre-fermentation, whereas our bourbon is fermented on the grain. This is a true passion project and the first collaboration between our distiller and brewer.
