Golden Republic is our grain to glass bourbon, fermented, distilled, barrel aged and bottled right here at Webb's. Golden Republic is a true California Bourbon.

Our mash bill of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malted barley is a classic bourbon recipe that was freshly ground, open fermented and distilled on our 250-gallon Vendome copper pot still and then aged in a brand new American White Oak West Virginia Great Barrel Company barrel for 2 years. All done right here at Webb’s.

The nose is apple and pie spices. It drinks with a mild peppery start and caramel corn finish. Golden Republic is a whiskey drinkers Bourbon.

THE GRAINWORKS

PROCESS

Constantly on the grind.
Our process begins by grinding the grain. We grind all of our grain in house on a behemoth RMS 3-roller grinder we have fondly named, Captain Crunch. From there, the crushed grain is conveyed by auger to our cooker to be transformed into spirits. Our spirits are produced in a custom built 250 gallon copper Vendome hybrid pot-still. Everything is then bottled and labeled right here at Webb’s.
